After months of hands-on education, technical training, blowouts, weekly salon classes, and foundational mastery, Holland Clasen is officially entering the next phase of her hairstyling career at The Artisan Parlor.
From completing 40 blowouts during internship phase to officially entering the Protégé Program, Holland has proven herself through consistency, humility, and a genuine passion for the craft. Her favorite services include color, haircutting, and signature Artisan blowouts — and she is now accepting a limited number of returning guests at introductory Protégé pricing.

All services are performed under the supervision and support of our veteran and master artists as part of our advanced development program.
To celebrate this milestone, we’re offering introductory Protégé Pricing for a limited time to returning guests who have already experienced services with Holland.
Introductory pricing is limited to the first 10 guests per service type before transitioning to standard salon pricing.

Holland quickly became known for her willingness to learn, positive attitude, and readiness to help wherever needed throughout her internship journey.
As part of the Artisan Internship Program, interns are required to complete 40 blowouts before advancing into the Protégé Phase. At first, Holland wasn’t sure if she would be able to accomplish that goal — but through consistency, determination, and support from the salon team, she successfully completed all 40 services and is incredibly proud of how far she has come. In Fact, Holland holds the record for completing task!
Holland has quickly fallen in love with creating effortless, lived-in glam paired with healthy, touchable hair.
Protégé bookings are now open for a limited number of returning guests. 🖤

One of Holland’s favorite parts of being a hairstylist is helping people express themselves through their appearance and watching their excitement and confidence grow when they truly love what they see in the mirror.
Her long-term goal as a stylist is to never stop learning, continue pushing herself creatively and technically, and always provide the best client experience possible.

As a salon owner, I have trained hundreds of stylists over the past decade. I’ve learned not to make judgments or assessments about a stylist’s potential until I see their drive. At the end of the day, dedication and resilience are the most important characteristics for success in this career.
I can confidently say I’ve been incredibly impressed with Holland Clasen and her attentiveness, promptness, attendance, and professional presentation throughout this process. Over these past few months, I’ve watched her truly find her voice and confidence behind the chair while absorbing every piece of knowledge she has been exposed to.
