Please review our booking policy carefully: 

- Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment or a cancelation charge of up to 30% of the total service fee will be charged.  

* For cancellations made without 24-hour notice, a new retainer must be made to secure the next appointment. 

* For appointments missed without notice, you may be charged up to 50% of the service total.

* Clients more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "no show" and will be charged as such. 

* Clients more than 10 minutes late will be asked to pay for a new 'retainer fee' which will not be applied towards the total cost of the next service to reschedule.  

- No one under the age of 18 will be seen for permanent makeup services. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the service room. 

* Because of occupancy limitations, there will be no additional guests allowed during the appointment time. 

* Children may only be at the salon during their appointment time and will not be allowed to wait at the salon unattended during their parent's service.  

- Please do not attend your appointment if you or anyone you have been in contact with has had a fever in the last 48 hours. 

* Retainer Fees are non-refundable, and are non-transferable to other guests or services. Cash & Card are acceptable forms of payment and are due at the time the service is performed

* No refunds will be issued for services. Results are subjective and payments made are for time and talent of the artist. 

* Redo policy - we are happy to make needed adjustments to cut or color within two weeks of original service date. One redo is permitted per service.
